Our team enjoys the challenge of understanding fully the unique needs of landowners so that we may help them preserve and conserve the natural beauty and appeal of their property while at the same time achieve their financial goals. Our lead appraisal company has concluded numerous conservation easement valuation appraisals totaling hundreds of millions of dollars and has successfully defended a number of challenged valuations. In addition, we work closely with CPA’s including those from Big Five accounting firms as well as lawyers who are nationally recognized as leading attorneys in this highly specialized area.

Michael Wyckoff

Mr. Wyckoff is an avid entrepreneur, real estate developer, investor, counselor and lawyer who has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida for over 20 years. He has not only provided guidance and counsel for prominent real estate developer clients, but he has also developed real estate projects himself as an owner and developer. Mr. Wyckoff is a Florida native who has always been fond of Florida’s natural resources as well as those around the globe - he has a longstanding love of nature. As such, he has always embarked upon development projects being very mindful of preserving our natural resources. Although he has been instrumental in many real estate development projects, he has always done so with an eye for simultaneously sustaining natural resources. He is just as passionate about preserving the beauty of our public lands and landscapes as he is about finding enterprising ways to keep up with the demands of a growing population and economy. He entered the land of conservation easements over a decade ago because he recognized and appreciated that they accomplish two goals that he finds worthwhile and rewarding:  1) They provide a way for him to exercise his devotion and dedication to enterprise and 2) they provide a reliable method to accomplish the ongoing preservation of our treasured lands. Mr. Wyckoff is quite passionate about facilitating conservation easements because they simultaneously provide an economic incentive to the landowner while at the same time they grant public access to beautiful natural resources for their use and enjoyment forever.
